Dear Friends,
It seems that for the last couple of months it has been my time to travel and see new places. I spent a few days over Thanksgiving in Salt Lake City. It is difficult to do much bicycling at this time of year though I did some sightseeing and exploring around MT Olympus. It is beautiful to experience the late fall with the cold grey sky, blizzard of leaves, and silent magic of falling snow as it creeps down from the nearby mountains. When everything is covered in snow it seems like a different softer world. The highlight was a raw food Thanksgiving Dinner. There was no turkey served but there was an amazing assortment of raw dishes including pumpkin pie.
As the Christmas and New Years Holidays approach and the pace of life seems to quicken I invite you to stay grounded with our community. There will continue to be sittings on Tuesday and Thursday nights during the month of December. We meet at 230 Sea View Dr at 7:30 PM . We have tea and conversation and then 2 twenty minute sittings. There is a 10 minute interval of slow walking. The session ends at 9 PM. We welcome everyone whether experienced meditator or beginner. Please call or email prior to your first visit (786) 218 6332.
